Wow time has flown, we are less than one week out and ARE WE READY? Don’t know, are you ever ready.
In June we went to Le Mans, we were guests of Aston Martin and boy did they put on a spread. Here we are with the Canadian driving contingent. We had a great time.
We competed in a local rally in July, took a bunch of wrong turns but had a blast. Our friends from this group TROFEO are off to a rally in Ireland this week. Would love to have joined them but Himalayas called
SO much has happened in our lives this last year, its been an exciting year for us and add some life changing events.
Tony has reduced his work schedule significantly, I work only as a consultant and we have another grand baby on the way, when did I become old enough to have a grandchild let alone 2 . YIKES
We are so thrilled, for us its all about the future and these little guys. Oh how exciting it is to watch them grow into little adults.
So last days of planning have arrived. Buying snacks and extras, thinking about the varying temperatures from plus 40 to minus something Celsius, what to wear what to pack? Our motto after our last race. PACK LIGHT
We have been warned that rescue, will be hard on some of the trails so be prepared with a ‘can of sardines'. Not sure why, they say, sardines but I don’t think I want to be cooped up in a car with an open can of sardines for too long. We may smell bad after no showers and then add sardines yikes!!!. I think I will stick to nuts and dried fruit.
